Temporary Fines

You may get temporary fines on items you have returned on time.  These fines will be removed after three days.

Why

Every item that is returned goes into a three day quarantine area with no human contact.  During that time, the item you returned on time may incur a temporary fine that will be removed after we check the item in. 

Notices

If you get an email notice about an item you have returned, it may be because that item is in the quarantine area and has not been checked in yet.

What You Should Do

If you notice fines or materials on your account that should not be there, please wait several days before contacting us.  They should go away automatically after three days.  If you have further questions about this please call or email.
